Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment: Your card will not be charged upon booking. Charges and any associated fees for the services will be incurred the morning of your service date. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
 

2. IMPORTANT REMINDER NOTIFICATIONS: Do not reply to these emails/texts. They are from NO-REPLY emails/numbers. All communication needs to be sent to info@hopeandblessingncbs.com or 205-946-3654.

- You may receive a reminder email from a no-reply address stating our cancelation and rescheduling policy 72 hours prior to your service.

- You may receive a reminder text from a no-reply number 48 hours prior to your service.
- You may receive a reminder email from a no-reply address 24 hours prior to your service.

3. Cancellation Policy: Canceling less than 48 hours from your scheduled service will result in an automatic $50 charge. Rescheduling less than 48 hours from your scheduled service will result in an automatic $25 charge. 


4. Liability: We are not responsible for damage or loss of property that occurs during the cleaning service. We will make every effort to handle your property with care, but we cannot be held liable for any damages

 

4. Satisfaction Guarantee: All services are FINAL after walkthrough is completed and cleaning staff has exited the property. We strive to provide highest quality cleaning service possible. But if after walkthrough you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will make every effort to correct the issue.

5. Access to Property: You are responsible for providing access to your property at the scheduled time of service. If we are unable to access your property, a $50 fee will be charged.


Privacy Policy:

1. Information Collection: We collect personal information such as name, address, and phone number for the purpose of scheduling and providing cleaning services.

2. Information Use: We use your personal information solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services. We do not share your information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

 

For prompt communication including ETA, questions, and for purposes such as sending relevant coupons, your phone is maintained. You can opt-in to text messages, opt-out, or request help.

Opt-In = Sign up or purchase service

Opt-Out = Reply STOP

Help = Reply HELP

Opt-Out in Error = Reply UNSTOP to resume

3. Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

4. Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide cleaning services and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

STANDARD CLEANING INCLUDES: Our 40-Point Checklist

DEEP CLEANING INCLUDES: Standard Clean + Baseboards/Reachable Vents/Deep Bathroom Scrub/Window Sills/Doors/Doorknobs/Wall Scuffs (Reasonable)/Light Switch Plates

MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING INCLUDES: A Deep Cleaning + the addition of any Extras that you add (Furniture/items must be removed)

PET(S) IN HOME: If you have pets, please select this Extra. We need to be prepared with the necessary equipment. If pet option is not selected and our cleaners report pets or pet hair, then you will be charged the pet fee plus an additional $15 fee.
